How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent provider. Not to Centurychallenges Pest Control. Each provider is a local business that runs its own crews and sets its own prices.
This page has no staff list. That is on purpose. What matters is who shows up at your door, and that is the provider you choose.
What Happens After You Ask
Here is the usual path:
- You send a request and describe the problem.
- A provider in our network gets in touch.
- They ask questions about what you have seen.
- They may offer an inspection or a quote.
- You decide what to do next.
Timing varies by provider. Ask early.
What To Ask a Provider
First-timers often freeze up here. Use this list.
- What is the pest? Ask them to name it and show you the signs.
- What is the plan? Ask what they will do and how many visits it takes.
- What are the products or methods? This matters if you have kids or pets.
- What is the price? Get a written quote. Costs vary by job.
- What is covered if the pests return? Ask about follow-up visits in writing.
- What should I do before and after? Prep and cleanup change results.
- Are you licensed and insured? Ask to see proof. Rules differ by state.
Look, note, ask. Write down the answers. Compare two providers if you can.
You Are in Control
You do not have to hire anyone. A request is not a contract. Say no if the price or plan feels wrong.
A good provider explains things and does not rush you. If someone pushes you to sign on the spot, slow down.
